I've searched for a few days but I can't find a deffinate answer on this. Other wise the standard jetting for your altitude and other mods should work well. Don't know about humidity as it can range from dry to super foggy and it changes a few times a day. The big bore doesn't create more power because of the increased displacement per se. I am not sure what is in there now, but I know its jetted correctly for the mods it has.
